Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Clear the Chaos Pty Ltd. We’re honoured to be part of your home care routine. By accepting our quote and engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These ensure a safe, reliable, and high quality experience for both our clients and our team.

TIME-BASED SERVICES & ADDITIONAL TASKS

All services are delivered within the allocated booking time. Our staff will complete as much as reasonably possible within this timeframe and are unable to exceed booked time without prior approval from management.

Any tasks outside your normal scope of work — including but not limited to blinds, ceiling fans, ovens, walls, or internal windows — must be booked in advance through management.

Please do not ask staff to complete additional tasks on the day.
Unapproved tasks will not be undertaken.

WORK HOURS

Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm.
We operate on a set schedule and recommend keeping your clean on the same day and time for consistency. We do not operate on public holidays. Services will be rescheduled where possible.

PRIVACY

Clear the Chaos Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information including your name, address, contact details, alarm codes and access information.

• Your information is never sold or shared without consent (unless required by law).
• Data is used only for service delivery and communication.
• Keys and alarm codes are stored securely and accessed only by management and your assigned cleaner.

ALARMS & KEYS

You do not need to be home during your clean. Please provide alarm codes if applicable.
We recommend a lockbox system for keys. While all care is taken, Clear the Chaos Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for key-related loss or theft.

RESCHEDULING

Due to our tight schedule, rescheduling is not always guaranteed. Please contact us ASAP to make changes.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you’re not satisfied, please contact management on the same day as your clean so we can address the issue promptly.

We do not offer refunds but will always work with you to resolve concerns.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due on the day of service. We accept cash or bank transfer via emailed invoice.
Late payments incur a $10 reminder fee for every 5 days overdue.

LATE CANCELLATIONS & LOCKOUTS

Cancelling within 2 hours incurs a 100% fee.
Lockouts also incur a 100% fee.

PHOTOS

Photos may be taken for quality assurance and marketing (no identifying features). Please notify us if you do not consent.

LIABILITY

Clear the Chaos Pty Ltd holds current Public Liability Insurance and is not liable for pre-existing damage or general wear and tear. Please notify management immediately on 0400 381 966 if any issues are noticed.

NON-COMPETE

Clients agree not to solicit or employ our staff privately during or within 12 months of employment ending.
